Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products and programs sold by Behind the Body, LLC (“Behind the Body”) through behindthebody.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to the refund terms presented at checkout and described below.


Digital Products Generally
Because our digital products and programs provide immediate access to online or downloadable materials, purchases are generally final unless the product is expressly covered by a money-back guarantee.


Strong Core Method 30-day money-back guarantee
The Strong Core Method and any optional add-on selected and purchased on the initial Strong Core Method checkout page are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you decide that one or more of these products are not right for you, you may request a full refund for the Strong Core Method, the optional add-on, or both. Your request must be received within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date.

To request a refund, email andrea@behindthebody.com and provide:

Your full name

The email address used for your purchase

The product or products you would like refunded

You are not required to provide an explanation or demonstrate that you completed any specific workouts or materials.

A full refund includes the amount charged for the product or products being refunded, including applicable taxes. No processing or administrative fee will be deducted.

Behind the Body will submit an eligible refund to the original payment method within seven business days after receiving the request. Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Once a refund has been issued, your access to the refunded product and its included online materials will end.

Requests received more than 30 calendar days after the original purchase date are not eligible for a refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.


Separately Priced Add-Ons and Other Products
The Strong Core Method money-back guarantee applies only to the Strong Core Method and the materials expressly included with it.

Separately priced order bumps, add-ons, guides, courses, programs, or other products purchased during the same transaction are not included in the Strong Core Method refund. These purchases are final unless the individual offer expressly states that it is covered by its own refund guarantee.

If a product is sold as part of a single bundled purchase without a separate price, the refund terms shown for that bundle at the time of purchase will apply.


Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once or did not authorize a transaction, contact us promptly at andrea@behindthebody.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue.


Chargebacks
If you have a question or concern about a purchase, please contact us at andrea@behindthebody.com so we have an opportunity to resolve the matter directly.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable law or under the rules of your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.


Changes to This Policy
Behind the Body may update this Refund Policy by posting a revised version on its website. The refund terms presented and accepted at the time of your purchase will continue to apply to that purchase.


Your Legal Rights
This Refund Policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
