This Refund Policy applies to all digital products and programs sold by Behind the Body, LLC (referred to as “Behind the Body”) through behindthebody.com. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.
All Sales Are Final
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer automatic refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital product, program, or guide.
Satisfaction Promise
That said, we stand behind the quality of what we create. If you have genuinely engaged with the program, completed the work, and feel it did not deliver value as described, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
To request consideration, email andrea@behindthebody.com within 30 days of your purchase and include:
• Your full name and the email address used at purchase
• The product or program you purchased
• A brief explanation of how you engaged with the material and what specifically did not work for you
Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Behind the Body. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
Order Bumps and Bundled Purchases
If your purchase included additional order bump products (such as add-on guides or programs), each item is treated as a separate purchase under this policy. Requests must specify which product or products you are asking us to consider.
Chargebacks
If you have a question or concern about your purchase, please contact us at andrea@behindthebody.com before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the loss of access to all current and future Behind the Body products.
Changes to This Policy
Behind the Body may change, modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without notice. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to your transaction.
